For the month of December, we are pleased to feature Tiffani Borgeson, who is part of our stellar marketing team. As the Marketing Content Manager, Tiffani wears many hats, from creating the marketing content to helping with event planning. Her creativity, design skills, and always-on-the-go attitude have helped UNIFI excel at their marketing timelines and goals this year.  

We sat down with Tiffani to get her view on working at UNIFI and what she has enjoyed since she started at UNIFI about a year ago. Here’s what she had to say:  

① What is your current position at UNIFI? 

Marketing Content Manager – I create and publish engaging content that aligns with our sales teams’ goals, and I help align our content strategy with short-term and long-term marketing targets.   

② What has your experience been with our company culture? 

I love it so far! Every team member is friendly, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to get a task completed and to improve my knowledge about the industry.   

③ What are your observations of the leadership team? 

I have noticed that the leadership team truly cares about their employees and takes the time to learn about each of them; they always go above and beyond what is needed from them to help.   

④ What parts of our mission do you connect with? 

I connect with UNIFI’s focus on accountability and authenticity. I believe these two go hand in hand and are values that we aim for in the work environment and in our personal lives. 

⑤ What has been your biggest accomplishment on the team so far? 

Being able to help plan and run our booth at Autodesk University was a rewarding accomplishment for me, as I have wanted to broaden my experiences and knowledge in event planning. 

⑥ What is your favorite benefit that UNIFI offers? 

My favorite benefit that UNIFI offers is working 100% remote, which allows me to live where I want and makes traveling easy. 

⑦ Before working here, what was an exciting job you had?  

Before working at UNIFI Labs, I worked at a Marketing Agency which provided me with the opportunity to travel across the U.S. 

⑧ List a couple of fun facts about you! 

– I am a major sweets fan (I’ve worked at a chocolate and ice cream store in high school/college)

– I live back and forth between Boston and Bermuda  

– I enjoy hiking and kayaking on my weekends
