We recommend designating each member of your BIM Admin team as an “Admin”, as well as potentially some of your Revit power users, and keeping the rest of your user base with user access.

An active person is someone who logs into the UNIFI system during a 30 day period to access, view, or insert content. If more people need to use UNIFI, don’t worry – we won’t shut them out. UNIFI customers do not need any IT additional resources to implement UNIFI. Once your content is loaded into UNIFI, we take care of the rest.
